Having trouble?
If you’re having trouble purchasing, or downloading, materials please take note of these tips that might help:
- After purchasing you will receive a receipt email with a download link.
- Please check your email’s spam folder for your receipt. Sometimes our receipt emails are treated as spam by email providers.
- You may encounter problems downloading with an iPad, unless you’re using an application like GoodReads.
- We suggest downloading the materials to a desktop, or laptop, computer.
