- Please check your email’s spam folder for your receipt. Sometimes our receipt emails are treated as spam by email providers.
- You may encounter problems downloading with an iPad, unless you’re using an application like GoodReads.
- We suggest downloading the materials to a desktop, or laptop, computer.
